BACKGROUND
Pamala Chisholm was a Paralegal in California working in the Real Estate field for 22 years. She spent 13 years working For a firm specializing in Homeowner Association Law and Real Estate Transactions. Her experience as a paralegal gives her the communication skills, knowledge of construction terms and working with buyers to finalize real estate transactions.
Pamala first fell in love with Mexico 20 years ago, having spent many weekends as a tourist and then as a sailor making the quest south on her sailboat and later on her powerboat. She spent many winters on board her boat moored at the beautiful Hotel Coral Marina and was, in fact, one of the first boats to acquire a slip in the then new Marina. Every winter for six months she would make her weekend treck to Baja to stay aboard her boat and enjoy the many sights and adventures Baja has to offer. In 2000, Pamala became a full time resident of Baja California and a property owner.
Pamala began her career with Coldwell Banker Baja Coastline where she received extensive sales training and her working papers. After one year with Coldwell, she formed her Company, Discover Baja Real Estate. Pamala is a full time resident of Baja and a property owner in Plaza Del Mar.
